LERMAN FIRM WINS PANEL DECISION IN DOMAIN DISPUTE ARBITRATION!

The Lerman Law Firm through its principal, attorney Cathy Jackson Lerman,  filed a Domain Name Dispute Complaint before the National Arbitration Forum on behalf of a high-profile client of the Lerman Law Firm. The Complaint alleged violation of our Client's trademark rights and bad faith on the part of the defendant/respondent who registered a domain name containing our Client's trademarked, brand name and who was also a competitor.  The National Arbitration Forum Panel ruled that the Complaint met all requirements necessary under the ICANN POLICY governing domain name disputes for a finding of bad faith registration of the disputed domain by the defendant/respondent and ordered that the infringing website be returned to its rightful owner-our Client. The Lerman Law Firm is pleased to have prevailed in this Domain Dispute Arbitration on behalf of our Client and returned our Client's protected trademarked assets to them.  The Lerman Law Firm through its principal, Cathy Jackson Lerman, is available to assist other clients pursuing arbitration claims involving domain disputes under ICANN Policy.  You may reach Ms. Lerman via email, clerman@lermanfirm.com, or via phone at 954-343-1132 for assistance.
